Every child gains an elemental power between ages seven and twelve. A rare few are god vessels, carrying a shard of the true power of the god their element represents. Those with a sub-element may become demigod vessels, but Felix, a twelve-year-old fox-human hybrid with the element of light, carries a deeper and more dangerous inheritance. Others may share his element, but only god vessels can unlock its hidden abilities. Kids who have promising elements often apply to get a into element academies so they can be taught to be a “elementalist” which are professional protectors that go on mission to defeats demons that threatens the world which are created by the negative emotions of humanity
