Sirus, a white-haired Primarch Praetor, discovers the Forsaken Void, a vacant binary system packed with Progenitor relics and descendants infected by a beast-making symbiotic virus. After a first-night skirmish infects his soldiers, the Primarch Empire exiles Sirus and his crew there, where secret aid from his heartbroken father helps them develop a serum, build the Forsaken Empire, and uncover the lost capital of humanity’s vanished Progenitors. As the isolated descendant empires rediscover one another and wage the War of Discovery over ancient technology, Sirus must unite them by revealing their shared origin and ending the racial war.
