In a remote medieval magical world of living gods and demons, an ordinary villager named Oren is chosen by three goddesses to defeat the demon lord. Along the way, he must find seven people destined to aid him. After the demon lord falls, Oren discovers the goddesses are the true villains, using him and past heroes to fuel their own power.
