A young man who never knew his real family receives a magical ring after his father dies. He is the illegitimate son of a slain ruler, hidden as a baby by Master Fletcher after another royal family member arranged the ruler’s assassination. The ring can create almost anything, but its unstable power begins with only simple forms and grows as Isaac learns its secrets. It cannot be removed, always returning to his finger.
